Joseph Gachko, Esq. has practiced law on behalf of clients since 1983 concentrating his practice in residential and commercial real estate and business related matters. Joe attended Seton Hall University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1979 with a B.S. degree in Accounting. He received his J.D. law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1982. Joe has maintained his own practice in New Jersey since 1989.
Joe has extensive experience in all phases of real estate matters which include contract negotiations and preparation of contracts concerning the purchase and sale of single and multi-family residential and commercial properties, purchase and sale of businesses, refinancing of properties, sheriff’s sales and redemptions, short sale transactions, foreclosures, property assignments through the purchase and sale of corporate entities, and all aspects of financing, conventional, FHA and Hard money lending. Joe frequently lectures on these subjects at seminars for real estate professionals.
Joe is a member of the New Jersey Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court. He is also a member of the Union County Bar Association and is a past member of the Union County Bar Association Real Estate Committee.
